About the position

The Creative Director at Nutanix is responsible for overseeing the visual brand and voice of the company, ensuring a consistent and impactful representation across various platforms. This role involves leading a team of creatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing external agencies to drive brand distinction and business impact. The position emphasizes storytelling, innovation, and the development of a strong visual identity that resonates with target audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Drive a globally consistent flexible fit-for-purpose visual brand and content creation strategy.
  • Align the Nutanix Visual Brand and Content Strategy across operating regions.
  • Partner with Digital Marketing and Marketing Campaign teams to deliver an online marketing strategy that attracts, converts, and retains customers.
  • Develop strong relationships within creative and across other cross-functional departments as a trusted creative partner.
  • Execute the production of creative/editorial concepts for various visual communication mediums including print, video, events, online marketing, and social media.
  • Develop and implement consistent marketing processes and systems globally to ensure global consistency.
  • Manage external agencies and relationships with marketing services to achieve global outcomes efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage a team of creatives, developing and growing their potential.
  • Manage a budget and track expenses systematically.
  • Maintain and grow the brand portal.
  • Motivate employees globally around a shared visual brand vision.
  • Shape a collaborative, innovative, transparent, and entrepreneurial culture with peers and key stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on new creative and digital technologies and trends.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in brand, visual identity, creative services, or advertising.
  • Strong creative portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual branding and identity.
  • Experience working in B2B organizations.

  • Experience with digital marketing strategies and online customer engagement.
  • Familiarity with managing creative teams and external agencies.
