About the position

The Creative Director at Mosaic Christian Fellowship will lead the church's Creative Ministry, focusing on producing engaging online content that reflects the church's vision of reaching, embracing, and discipling individuals. This role involves overseeing creative teams, managing visual messaging, and ensuring consistency in branding across all platforms. The Creative Director will also contribute to the Sunday worship experience by managing aesthetics and visuals, fostering a collaborative team environment, and driving culture within the church community.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Creative Ministry in producing online content that aligns with the church's vision.
  • Oversee and recruit team members for the Creative Team as needed.
  • Cultivate visual messaging and ensure consistency in branding across all platforms.
  • Manage the aesthetics and visuals for the Sunday worship experience.
  • Conceive and implement the annual production schedule for the Creative Team.
  • Empower the team and guide content creation to meet production goals.
  • Implement project management systems to enhance team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with pastoral staff to communicate gospel truths online effectively.
  • Build a positive team culture through collaboration and idea sharing.
  • Teach necessary applications and tools for content creation to new recruits.
  • Develop online missions content and cultivate an inspiring social media presence.
  • Supervise aesthetic consistency for all church materials, clothing, and merchandise.

  • A proven track record of people management and delegation.
