About the position

The Creative Director at Balfour & Co. is responsible for leading a team of designers, copywriters, and creatives to enhance the company's marketing efforts. This role combines marketing expertise, design vision, and leadership skills to oversee visual and content development for various marketing channels, ensuring alignment with brand goals and delivering high-quality creative assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative team in producing digital, print, and social media collateral.
• Manage content strategy for projects, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
• Oversee and manage external design and photo/video agencies to deliver high-quality creative assets.
• Develop internal marketing campaigns, identifying opportunities and analyzing trends.
• Supervise and mentor a team of 4 creative professionals, ensuring continuous growth and development.
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of creative experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• English and Spanish Proficiency.
• Proven track record of creating integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Expertise in design software such as Photoshop and InDesign.
• Experience managing external agencies (design and photo/video).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
