About the position

The Creative Director at SportRx will lead a talented team in developing innovative web-based and traditional creative projects. This role is focused on enhancing the customer experience on SportRx.com through effective design and UX/UI improvements, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the creative team in developing cutting-edge digital, design and video projects.
• Design, enhance and improve the UX/UI experience on SportRx.com, focusing on conversion tactics and tech innovation.
• Oversee the creative process from idea to execution, ensuring quality and deadlines are met.
• Drive on-brand design excellence through every consumer touchpoint.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute the SportRx creative vision.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining brand consistency.
• Bring a consumer/customer-first sensibility to internal and external initiatives, projects and dialogue.
• Oversee production of all creative assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred) in Web Design, Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in creative leadership, including team management.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and project management tools.
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital design, branding, and multimedia projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
