About the position

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Professional to blaze new trails as the lead creative mind for our aesthetic practice. The ideal candidate is an independent self-starter with a keen eye for detail who is not afraid to dream big or think outside the box. Responsibilities

  • Reports directly to the company's MD founder each week to discuss ongoing efforts and strategy
  • Generates unique ideas oriented towards the company's focus on aesthetic treatments and education and then translates those concepts into engaging content
  • Oversees and directly manages all of the practice's growth channels including internet based marketing (website, SEO, google business, online reviews etc), social media channels (IG, Tiktok, Snap), direct to consumer marketing (text message and email campaigns, flyers and business cards produced via canva or similar), affiliate and UGC marketing, as well as planning and overseeing in person events such as seminars and open houses.
  • Oversee all aspects of the creative process from concept to completion, in consultation with the company founder.
  • Manage practice resources in a financially prudent manner when contract workers are required to complete any project (ie, photographers, videographers, models, etc).
  • Create short content for social media (ie Reels/TikTok) with little to no assistance from other staff members, and possess general knowledge of how to create and grow a YouTube channel.
  • Oversees, organizes, and directly manages several marketing databases (name, telephone number, email addresses) for use in direct marketing efforts.
  • Organizes the creation, storage, and organization of patient photography in the office for medicolegal and creative purposes.
  • Organizes patient follow up for longitudinal photos and videos that showcase results over time.
  • Maintain a rolling 30 day calendar of planned content and posts.
  • Stay current on industry trends and incorporate best practices into the creative process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Digital Marketing, Media, or related field
  • Proven experience working as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects across various mediums
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
  • Proficiency in creation and maintenance of a marketing database such as Constant Contact or Mailchimp
  • Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
  • Knowledge of current design trends and techniques
