About the position

As a Creative Director at Anagram International LLC, you will lead the creative direction from initial concept through to finished product, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives. This role emphasizes a 'Customer First' culture, requiring you to immerse yourself in the brand and products while leading the Design Team to translate market trends into innovative and saleable products. A successful candidate will be a visionary leader, inspiring and motivating their team to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Own and effectively communicate the Creative Program Vision from trend research to final design execution.
• Research emerging trends and continuously bring forward new, innovative product ideas.
• Create and deliver program presentations for internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to understand sales performance and inform decision-making during the creative development process.
• Lead creative product design for all licensed partners, interpreting licensed assets and aligning with company goals.
• Oversee the creation of all product spec and mechanical files for sourcing and production.
• Review samples and oversee the creation of all revision files as needed.
• Prioritize team workload and resources to manage multiple projects effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Technical Design Degree Required
• Minimum 5 years' experience in fashion or consumer product design
• 3+ years' in leadership capacity
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with emphasis in PowerPoint and Basic Excel Knowledge
