About the position

The Creative Director will lead creative initiatives across various channels for Acrisure's Awareness and Growth Marketing Team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the development of creative assets that align with the brand's vision and objectives, ensuring high-quality deliverables that resonate with the target audience. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic vision and exceptional leadership skills, with a strong background in both agency and direct-to-consumer environments.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with external agencies to conceptualize and execute compelling video and photo shoots.
  • Own and maintain the brand book, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all creative assets.
  • Lead and mentor a team of design and copy talent, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Oversee creative projects across various channels, including website, paid media, email marketing, and organic social.
  • Develop and execute insights-driven creative strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Sales, to align creative initiatives with business objectives.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize creative processes and workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in design or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • 12+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a strong emphasis on video and photo production, performance marketing ads, email marketing, consumer design, and brand management.
  • 6+ years of experience managing creative talent in a fast-paced and high-growth agency or D2C environment.
  • Exceptional creativity and strategic thinking, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools.
