About the position

The Creative Director will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive multi-channel content strategy aimed at engaging target audiences and driving brand growth within the hospitality industry. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and consistency of creative outputs, as well as proficiency in content production tools and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive multi-channel content strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Drive brand growth across various platforms by engaging target audiences through compelling content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the consistency and quality of all creative outputs.
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail and creative aesthetics in all work produced.
  • Utilize proficiency in content production tools for the creation of collateral, graphics, and video content.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our brand remains competitive.
  • Oversee the production of content that resonates with diverse audiences and supports the company's overall vision and goals.
  • Implement branding standards and corporate identity in all creative outputs.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee multimedia, digital and web production.
  • Utilize design skills and knowledge of design trends to contribute to the design process.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in a Creative Director role or a similar position.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
  • Experience with Database management and Advertisements creation.
  • Proven track record in Brand Awareness, Campaign Planning, and Corporate Identity.
  • Knowledge of Branding standards and Corporate Branding is essential.
  • Experience in Production, Digital Productions, Multimedia Production, Print Production, Video Production, and Web Production.
  • Strong skills in Communication Design, Design Concepts, Design Reviews, and Design Skills.
  • Familiarity with various design types including Digital Designs, Email Design, Graphic Design, and UI/UX Design.
  • Ability to Manage Vendor Relationships effectively.
  • Experience in Content Creation, Video Content, and Social Media Content.
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing is a must.
