About the position

The Creative Director at Paradise Landscaping & Irrigation is responsible for managing customer relationships and creating a harmonious connection between hardscape and softscape elements. This role emphasizes strong sales skills, outdoor design capabilities using AutoCAD, and project management experience, alongside a deep understanding of landscaping and irrigation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals
• Identify potential clients and generate new leads through various channels
• Conduct outside sales visits to build relationships with clients and promote our products/services
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
• Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update CRM system regularly

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required
