About the position

The Creative Director at ExxonMobil will lead the in-house agency in producing impactful multimedia and visual communications that engage and inform stakeholders about the company's efforts in meeting energy needs while reducing emissions. This role is pivotal in storytelling and requires a blend of creativity, project management, and collaboration with various teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the creative process including concept development, storyboarding, and client engagement.
• Manage a team of creative professionals to produce high-quality multimedia content.
• Collaborate effectively with a large network of international colleagues and stakeholders.
• Oversee project management to ensure deadlines are met while maintaining strict quality control.
• Troubleshoot and find creative solutions to challenges that arise during the creative process.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience as a Creative Director or in related positions.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, broadcast production, communications, or a similar discipline.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Experience in visual storytelling through multimedia, including live events, photography, video editing, and motion graphics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
