About the position

Parsons is seeking a Creative Director to lead the Enterprise Proposal Operations (EPO) team, focusing on crafting winning proposals and deliverables for federal and infrastructure markets. This role involves managing a multidisciplinary creative team, fostering a collaborative culture, and driving innovative solutions that align with the company's brand vision and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and empower a creative team to generate compelling deliverables for new business opportunities.
• Supervise and mentor team members, conducting performance reviews and one-on-one meetings.
• Attract and retain top talent while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Manage a large team budget, overseeing resource allocation and project scope.
• Build and maintain relationships across the enterprise to assess business needs and implement improvements.
• Drive business strategies that foster growth and improve win rates.
• Support leadership with the development and reporting of key proposal business metrics.
• Serve as a creative subject matter expert on focus and must-win pursuits.
• Provide clear direction and feedback to ensure high standards in creative outputs.
• Incorporate cutting-edge techniques to enhance the creative process.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizen required
• 12+ years of related work experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams.
• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; expert in design and creative strategies.
• Proven ability to present strategic creative solutions to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrates a growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
• Willingness to travel 15% of the year.
