About the position

Front is seeking an inspirational Creative Director to lead and enhance our brand design across the entire customer journey. This role is pivotal in driving customer-centric, breakthrough brand experiences that resonate with our audience. As a creative storyteller and craft-obsessed leader, you will elevate our brand awareness and impact as we venture into a new product category and accelerate our growth trajectory. You will be responsible for managing and growing a talented, multi-faceted creative team that spans multiple continents, ensuring that every touchpoint of the customer experience is infused with impeccable design and storytelling. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product design, business leaders, and the marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all mediums. You will transform business requirements into compelling brand experiences, ensuring that our design system evolves and remains scalable. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the brand design budget, leveraging freelancers and agencies as needed, and working with various marketing sub-teams to turn nascent ideas into beautifully scoped designs. You will also focus on designing high-performance web experiences that drive business results, ensuring that our brand not only looks good but also performs exceptionally in the market. The ideal candidate will possess a bold and ambitious leadership style, thriving in a fast-paced environment filled with engaged collaborators. With over 5 years of experience as a Creative Director in breakthrough SaaS brands, you will have a proven track record of leading creative teams and delivering high-quality design work. You will be hands-on in your approach, mentoring and motivating your team while maintaining high standards of pixel perfection and brand consistency. Your passion for the customer experience software space will drive you to continuously learn and evolve your leadership and craft, sharing insights and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within your team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a talented, multi-faceted team of creatives across multiple continents.
  • Turn business requirements into impeccable brand experiences for customers in every step of their relationship with Front.
  • Partner closely with product design, business leaders, and the marketing team to ensure brand consistency in every touchpoint.
  • Tell memorable, breakthrough stories through design.
  • Own the evolution and consistency of our scalable design system across mediums.
  • Own brand design budget and resourcing, leveraging freelancers and agencies as the work demands.
  • Collaborate with other marketing sub teams to turn nascent ideas into well-scoped, beautiful design.
  • Design high performance web experiences that drive business results.

  • 5+ years experience as Creative Director in breakthrough SaaS brands.
