As the Creative Director at Mariner Wealth Advisors, you will serve as the visionary leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization's creative output. In this position, you will develop and implement a cohesive creative vision and strategy that reflects the organization's brand identity and resonates with target audiences across various platforms and channels. You will map out a forward-looking strategy and conduct research to ensure that the appropriate tools and programs are in place to scale with the needs of the organization. As a leader, you will coach a team of designers, copywriters, multimedia specialists, content strategists, and other creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and professional growth. This includes managing external creative resources as needed. Your role will also involve providing clear and constructive feedback to team members to guide the development and refinement of visual and written content, ensuring it meets quality standards and aligns with project goals and brand guidelines. You will possess high-level responsibility for multimedia production, including videos and podcasts, strategizing concepts to fill content gaps, and interacting with outside agencies to execute production when necessary. Additionally, you will evaluate and oversee department initiatives to support digital design efforts for B2C, B2B, and B2B2C projects. Brand management will be a critical aspect of your role, ensuring consistency and integrity of the organization's brand identity across all creative assets, including advertising, marketing materials, packaging, and digital content. You will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
