About the position

SilverTech, Inc. is seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead the creative team in developing innovative concepts and strategies that resonate with audiences. The role requires a strong artistic sensibility, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision and goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creative process from concept to execution for client and internal projects.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, writers, and other creatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, strategy, technology, and executive teams to develop creative strategies.
• Manage the creative workflow, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Present creative concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design innovations, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in the digital agency space.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across various media.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
