About the position

The Creative Director at McAfee, LLC will lead the Creative Marketing and Design team, driving the company's marketing transformation with a focus on consumer engagement. This role is pivotal in developing innovative marketing campaigns that enhance the McAfee brand and its online protection services. The position requires a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on creativity, ensuring brand consistency across various marketing channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams and agency partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop award-winning creative campaigns for McAfee with internal teams and agency partners.
• Showcase leadership in online protection through brand expressions in design and creative across multiple marketing channels.
• Develop 360° marketing campaigns across upper, mid, and lower funnels, grounded in briefs, insights, and performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams in the development of partner and in-product creative.
• Guide teams in key design decisions, ensuring consistency and cohesion of brand look and voice across channels.
• Provide creative inspiration across the business and manage the brand creative team.
• Elevate processes and workflows to optimize performance.
• Leverage best practices and drive excellence within the team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leading powerful creative campaigns and design teams.
• Deep experience in creative strategy, direction, concept development, and execution across various marketing funnels.
• Proven ability to direct photography and motion video shoots, with prior onsite and post-production experience.
• Digital creative experience is a must.
• Prior experience in leadership roles and managing creative agency partners.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across various levels of partners and skill sets.
• Ability to move with speed and purpose and drive change.
• Experience with global businesses, preferably in the tech/software industry.
