The Creative Director at Leadhub will be the driving force behind our creative endeavors, overseeing the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies and campaigns. You will lead a talented team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and excellence. Your role will involve working closely with clients, understanding their needs, and translating their vision into compelling and effective marketing solutions. In this role, you will develop and articulate the creative vision for Leadhub's projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand guidelines. You will collaborate with the executive team to define the overall creative strategy for the agency and clients, lead audio/visual productions, and engage with clients to understand their objectives, brand identity, and target audience. You will also oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, you will review and approve all creative output, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and creativity, and stay up-to-date with industry trends to keep Leadhub at the forefront of the industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate the creative vision for Leadhub's projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the executive team to define the overall creative strategy for the agency and clients.
• Lead audio/visual productions.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the creative team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them to achieve their full potential.
• Engage with clients to understand their objectives, brand identity, and target audience.
• Present creative concepts and strategies to clients, incorporating their feedback and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and resources effectively.
• Review and approve all creative output, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.
• Ensure consistency and coherence across all marketing materials and campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and advertising.
• Incorporate new insights and trends into creative strategies to keep Leadhub at the forefront of the industry.
• Work with the finance team to develop and manage the creative budget.
• Ensure efficient use of resources while maintaining the highest standards of creative excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar senior creative role, preferably within a marketing agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful marketing campaigns and creative projects.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles.
• Proficiency in creative software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
