About the position

As the Creative Director, you will serve as the visionary leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization's creative output. This role combines artistic talent, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills to inspire and guide a team of creative professionals. The successful candidate will produce innovative work that aligns with the company's brand identity and objectives, conceptualizing and implementing creative strategies that uphold brand standards and drive business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a cohesive creative vision and strategy that reflects the organization's brand identity and resonates with target audiences across various platforms and channels.
• Lead and coach a team of designers, copywriters, multimedia professionals, and content strategists, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to creative team members to guide the development and refinement of visual and written content.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Ensure consistency and integrity of the organization's brand identity across all creative assets, including advertising and marketing materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, marketing, journalism, advertising, or a related field and/or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of creative direction experience within an advertising agency or in-house creative department.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Deep understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft products, and other relevant creative software.
