About the position

The Creative Director at Sound Income Group is a senior-level role responsible for leading the creative direction of the company's marketing efforts in the financial services sector. This position involves collaborating with the Chief Marketing Officer to develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences, ensuring brand consistency across various channels, and managing the creative process from concept to completion. The role is pivotal in shaping how the company communicates its services to generate leads and build lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CMO to translate the company's vision and strategy into compelling visual and content elements.
  • Develop innovative, impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences, including financial advisors, registered investment advisors, high-net-worth individuals, and retirees.
  • Lead the creation of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring consistency across web, print, video, social media, and email platforms.
  • Work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to craft messaging that drives lead generation and enhances brand awareness.
  • Strengthen brand guidelines and ensure all communications align with the company's voice, values, and financial expertise.
  • Manage the creative process from concept to completion, overseeing all content, graphics, and media production.
  • Proactively pitch new ideas and strategies to the Chief Marketing Officer, staying ahead of financial industry trends and client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations in all marketing materials.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (7+ years) as a Creative Director, Art Director, or similar senior creative role in the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulations, with the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging messages.
  • A portfolio demonstrating high creativity and the ability to develop fresh, innovative marketing ideas.
  • Experience leading creative teams, with strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, lead generation strategies, and branding.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, video production tools, and other design/marketing platforms.
