About the position

The Creative Director at Czarnowski Display Service Inc. is responsible for shaping immersive brand experiences that align with strategic goals. This role involves transforming audience insights into compelling narratives and leading the development of interactive elements that resonate with target audiences. The Creative Director collaborates across disciplines to ensure impactful and on-brand experiences, while also measuring success and refining strategies for future projects.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand goals, values, and messaging into immersive experiences.
• Develop concepts that resonate emotionally with target audiences.
• Conduct audience research and analyze market trends to craft compelling narratives.
• Lead the ideation process from brainstorming to final concept development.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and marketing teams to guide execution of ideas.
• Assess success metrics post-experience to measure impact and gather feedback.
• Refine strategies for future projects based on engagement analysis.

Requirements

• BFA in design, exhibit design, digital design, digital marketing, graphic design, or a related field.
• 10+ years of industry experience.
• Ability to understand a brand at its core and translate it into experiential mediums.
• Exceptional design aesthetics and adaptability to various brand styles.
• Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills.
• High performance and productivity mentality.
• User Experience (UX) Design knowledge.
• Understanding of photography and image manipulation techniques.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD).
• Understanding of web design and development tools (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with prototyping tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
• Exceptional time management skills.
