The Creative Director at Kiosk is a part-time leadership role responsible for guiding the creative team and driving the creative strategy for the agency and its clients. The role involves mentoring team members, overseeing creative projects, and maintaining strong client relationships while upholding the agency's values and ethics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the creative team, including copywriters, designers, and content producers.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creative thinking and continuous learning.
  • Develop efficient and effective creative processes that deliver high-quality work.
  • Mentor and develop creative team members, providing opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and set objectives for team members.
  • Advocate for the creative team across the business and form strong working relationships with other team leaders.
  • Develop and execute creative strategies and overarching campaign ideas that align with client objectives.
  • Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand project goals and develop creative solutions.
  • Lead or oversee creative projects, ensuring they are original, impactful, and on-brand.
  • Complete creative production assignments as needed and participate in reviewing all creative work.
  • Present creative concepts and campaigns to clients, effectively communicating the strategic vision.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on creative matters.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities to provide innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Copywriting, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a creative role, with at least 2 years at an advertising agency.
  • Minimum of 2 years leading a team.
  • Proven track record of developing successful advertising campaigns across various media channels.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, including web, digital, social media, and print.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of current industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Proficient with industry-standard creative software and production tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
