As a Creative Director, you will be responsible for shaping the overall creative strategy, ensuring that all projects align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative strategies that elevate the brand's presence across various platforms.
• Maintain and update our website as needed.
• Produce/refine content for social media channels.
• Oversee the design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality output that meets project objectives.
• Collaborate with both internal and external teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform creative direction.
• Present concepts and designs to stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind creative choices.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects (Video, Print, Web, etc).
• Reliable and dependable with a strong follow-through to hit deadlines.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
