About the position

The Creative Director at Warner Bros. Discovery is responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative video marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. This role involves managing a team of producers, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that campaigns align with brand strategies and objectives. The Creative Director will also oversee campaign budgets and act as a liaison between creative agencies and internal clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and creative direction on multiple AV marketing campaigns, ensuring they are on strategy and on brand.
  • Act as the strategic lead for creative conceptualizing, development, and execution of launch and continuity campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and cross-functional peers to meet project goals and achieve desired results.
  • Push creative boundaries and establish new standards for traditional promotion.
  • Build strong relationships with external agencies and internal business partners, executives, show-runners, and talent.
  • Manage senior stakeholders and navigate approvals through a complex hierarchy.
  • Track campaigns and allocate resources to ensure projects stay on deadline and within budget.

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of creative marketing concepts, development, and production with proven project management skills.
