About the position

As a Creative Director at OX, you will lead the creative team in bringing clients' brand visions to life through strategic and visionary thinking. Your role involves guiding designers and writers from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality work across various deliverables. You will build strong partnerships internally and externally, working closely with the Group Creative Director to elevate the agency's creative culture and uphold high standards. Your leadership and creative excellence will be key in advancing the agency's capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the driving force for the creative team, executing visionary thinking.
  • Develop original design concepts and oversee multiple projects through execution.
  • Provide clear creative and design direction, career path guidance, and timely feedback to improve creative processes.
  • Demonstrate both digital design and brand expertise.
  • Exhibit exceptional leadership skills, guiding teams and mentoring individuals.
  • Engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels within internal teams and client organizations.
  • Strategically assess and align talent with optimal roles and responsibilities.
  • Collaborate in project scoping, resource planning, estimation, and pitching to develop compelling proposals.
  • Oversee and prioritize resources and workflow across multiple projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Adapt to shifting timelines, budgets, and objectives while maintaining focus and delivering results.
  • Inspire the team to achieve the highest level of creative excellence.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of design systems experience in a digital agency or consulting environment.
  • Deep understanding and enthusiasm for digital design, trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent strategic brainstorming, campaign development, and creative execution skills.
  • Understanding of omnichannel marketing, branding, and emergent technologies for B2B and B2C businesses.
  • Proven experience managing creative teams and growing talent.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate creative concepts and strategies.
  • Passion for great design and systems thinking.
