About the position

The Creative Director at ITA Group Inc. is responsible for leading the creative vision for events, ensuring that innovative communication campaigns are developed and executed effectively. This role involves directing a creative team to align the creative strategy with clients' business goals and event objectives, while also managing the overall creative process from conception to production.

Responsibilities

• Direct the creative team in the conception, design, development, and production of innovative communications campaigns for assigned clients/programs.
• Ensure the creative strategy aligns with clients' business issues, marketing goals, and audience personas.
• Oversee the execution of the event creative vision throughout the event lifecycle.
• Conduct onsite inspections and oversee installations during events.
• Support and attend events as needed to ensure successful execution of the creative vision.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, English, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience producing creative for various specialty engagements across industries.
• Strong understanding of the overall creative process, including design, copy development, and production artwork.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong creative abilities with the capacity to develop innovative ideas and concepts.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and supervise creative/professional individuals.
• General understanding of financial analysis and budget development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Nice-to-haves

• Customer service experience in a service-related industry preferred.
• Mac computer experience.
