About the position

The Creative Director at ExxonMobil will play a pivotal role in producing impactful multimedia communications that engage and inform stakeholders about the company's efforts in meeting energy needs while reducing emissions. This position requires a blend of creative leadership, project management, and collaboration with various teams to ensure high-quality deliverables that align with ExxonMobil's vision for a net-zero future.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative process including concept development, storyboarding, and client engagement.
  • Manage a team of creative professionals to produce high-quality multimedia content.
  • Oversee project management to ensure timely delivery under tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues and stakeholders to align on project needs and resources.
  • Utilize visual storytelling techniques to effectively communicate ExxonMobil's initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 15 years of experience as a Creative Director or in related positions.
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, broadcast production, communications, or a similar discipline.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure with strict quality control.
  • Experience in live events, photography, video editing, and motion graphics.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills; Spanish is a plus.
