About the position

The Creative Director at Benco Dental is a strategic and conceptual leader responsible for driving the brand's identity and marketing initiatives. This role involves overseeing a team of multimedia designers and writers to develop multi-channel marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and emotional connection with audiences. The position requires a blend of creative vision, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the brand ambassador, defining actionable customer insights and establishing clear objectives for brand positioning and communication.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and demand generation leaders to align the Creative Studio's output with overarching business goals.
• Monitor and evaluate brand performance and key metrics in collaboration with the Digital Marketing team.
• Oversee the implementation of a consistent approach to the new Benco brand identity across all marketing materials and channels.
• Hire, manage, and lead the Creative Studio team, guiding their development and performance.
• Develop strong relationships with external agencies and freelancers to achieve marketing objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication, Graphic Design or closely related field, or significant relevant experience
• Strong and diverse portfolio displaying design and branding experience across many channels
• 5+ years of experience in a senior creative leadership role
• 7+ years of brand strategy or brand management experience
• 10+ years as an art director, designer or copywriter with agency and/or in-house experience
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications
• Meticulous with solid organizational skills
• Ability to incorporate feedback and take/give directions well
• Can work both independently and in a collaborative team environment

• Experience with automation and AI in marketing processes
• Familiarity with vendor/agency management
• Experience in the dental or healthcare industry
