About the position

The Creative Director will lead and manage all creative efforts to ensure a cohesive and compelling brand experience across all touchpoints, particularly within the hospitality or restaurant industry. This strategic role requires a strong background in branding, design, and marketing, with a focus on innovation and detail to drive success.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the ideation, creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, LTO menus, product launches, and special events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop creative strategies that align with business goals.
  • Direct the production of high-quality visual and written content for digital and print media and manage all assets.
  • Supervise the design and development of menus, campaign assets (including ads, POP materials, banners, etc.), social media and email content, packaging, and other brand deliverables.
  • Ensure brand consistency in marketing materials, menus, signage, digital platforms and media assets.
  • Execute the brand's visual identity and voice across all channels, ensuring all content is engaging, on-brand, and optimized for various platforms.
  • Assist with or direct food photography and video content production, ensuring high-quality visual storytelling.
  • Work closely with external vendors and agencies to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences and conduct market research when necessary to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and campaigns, particularly for restaurants and/or retail entities.
  • Proven experience in brand development and management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute creatively.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
