About the position

The Creative Director will lead the design and conceptualization of integrated marketing campaigns for a real estate client, overseeing a team of designers and ensuring brand consistency across various channels. This role requires a blend of creative vision, team management, and project oversight to deliver high-quality marketing materials for luxury properties.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design and development of compelling marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and video.
  • Manage and lead a team of talented print and UX graphic designers, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Create sophisticated listing presentations and marketing materials for luxury properties, ensuring they align with corporate brand standards.
  • Maintain brand consistency and cohesiveness across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and creative meetings to generate new and innovative approaches to marketing campaigns.
  • Assign and assist with projects, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • Develop premium brand identity packages for high-end real estate professionals and agencies.
  • Establish and maintain design standards, workflows, and best practices across all projects.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, design, with a focus on corporate branding, campaigns, and digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of elevating corporate brands through innovative design, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across various media (print, digital, environmental, etc.).
  • Expertise in visual design principles and their application in marketing and branding.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and how to leverage technology in creative, visually appealing campaigns.
  • Experience leading creative teams and managing complex, multi-channel marketing and design projects.
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing/advertising setting (in-house or agency) leading campaigns.
  • Proven experience in designing for high-end real estate or luxury lifestyle brands.
  • Experience in managing and leading a team of UX/UI and print designers.
