About the position

The Creative Director at Benco Dental is a strategic and conceptual leader responsible for driving the brand's identity and marketing initiatives. This role involves overseeing a team of multimedia designers and writers to develop multi-channel marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences. The Creative Director will clarify audience insights, enhance brand awareness, and ensure all marketing efforts align with the company's goals, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the brand ambassador, defining actionable customer insights and establishing clear objectives for brand positioning.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and demand generation leaders to align the Creative Studio's output with business goals.
• Monitor and evaluate brand performance across marketing channels in collaboration with the Digital Marketing team.
• Oversee the implementation of a consistent approach to the new Benco brand identity across all marketing materials.
• Hire, manage, and lead the Creative Studio team, guiding their development and performance.
• Develop strong relationships with external agencies and freelancers to achieve marketing objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, graphic design, or a closely related field, or significant relevant experience.
• Strong and diverse portfolio displaying design and branding experience across many channels.
• 5+ years of experience in a senior creative leadership role.
• 7+ years of brand strategy or brand management experience.
• 10+ years as an art director, designer, or copywriter with agency and/or in-house experience.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
• Meticulous with solid organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with automation and AI in marketing processes.
• Familiarity with vendor/agency management.
