The Creative Director at Bio-Rad Creative Studio is a visionary leader responsible for elevating the brand through exceptional creative strategic thinking and storytelling. This role requires inspiring teams to push creative boundaries while aligning high-quality work with organizational strategies and project goals. The Creative Director will foster strong relationships with teams and clients, collaborate with peers and leadership, and confidently present and defend ideas to drive remarkable business outcomes across various channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MFA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years professional experience as an art director or copywriter.
  • Minimum 5 years management experience in leading creative teams.
  • Portfolio required.
  • In-house agency experience desired; external agency experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated creative conceptualization skills.
  • Healthcare/Biotech experience preferred.

  • Expertise in creative disciplines such as design, copywriting, and video production.
  • Skilled in using industry-standard software and tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel B2B marketing.
