About the position

The Creative Director for Brand Design will lead the evolution and execution of brand strategies across various touchpoints, including digital, motion, retail, packaging, and events. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive design leadership experience, responsible for creating impactful brand experiences that resonate with diverse audiences. The position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative design solutions while fostering a culture of excellence within the design team.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the overall design direction for brand strategies.
  • Evolve and refine the visual language and design systems to create iconic brand identities.
  • Develop original, breakthrough brand concepts for a variety of touchpoints, including digital, motion, retail, packaging, campaigns, OOH, and experiential.
  • Lead the development of designs that resonate with diverse audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Ideate and generate new concepts quickly, based on stakeholder input and self-driven research.
  • Work cross-functionally with designers, product teams, marketers, and other stakeholders to distill complex briefs into simple, compelling design solutions.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, providing leadership and mentorship to designers, freelancers, and agency partners.
  • Inspire, guide, and energize a team of world-class designers and collaborate closely with producers, program managers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand execution.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a creative leader, specializing in brand design.
  • Proven experience across the full spectrum of brand expression, including digital, motion, retail, packaging, campaigns, OOH, and experiential.
  • Experience developing and managing holistic, consumer-facing brand systems in an integrated environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience overseeing creative teams and agencies.
  • Experience in recruiting talent and mentoring creatives.

Nice-to-haves

  • 10+ years of relevant experience delivering creative work across various brand touchpoints.
  • Extensive experience in creative leadership, with a focus on building global consumer brands.
  • Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
