About the position

The Creative Director will lead the creative development of innovative branding solutions across various platforms, including digital, print, and video. This role is pivotal in shaping high-impact campaigns that elevate brand identity and engage target audiences, while collaborating with a talented team to deliver exceptional brand experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative development of standout campaigns across digital, print, and video channels.
• Drive the creation of bold, strategic visual concepts that elevate brand identity.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified and cohesive vision.
• Inspire and manage a creative team composed of UX/UI specialists, Art Directors, and Editors.
• Provide forward-thinking creative strategies to win new business and keep clients ahead of industry trends.
• Manage brand objectives while aligning with financial plans and budgets.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Creative Director, ideally in luxury brands or industries like beauty, automotive, or high-end consumer products.
• Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite and understanding of design trends across multiple media platforms.
• Exceptional leadership skills that are energizing, collaborative, and client-focused.
• Ability to balance creative vision with business goals.
