About the position

The Creative Director at (add)ventures is a senior-level role responsible for leading the creative pitch team in developing and executing innovative campaigns for global brands. This position requires a master storyteller and strategic thinker who can transform client objectives into compelling creative executions that resonate with audiences. The role emphasizes collaboration, leadership, and the integration of AI technologies into the creative process.

Responsibilities

• Ideate and develop national broadcast and omnichannel campaign creative concepts
• Lead creative teams in pitch presentations for new clients and/or campaigns
• Transform client partner objectives into creative executions that deliver measurable results
• Integrate AI technologies into creative development and execution
• Lead creative teams from brief through concept, presentation, and refinement
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and multi-disciplinary teams
• Consult with agency teams to estimate budgets and determine scopes of work

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in creative direction within advertising or branding agencies
• Bachelor's degree in Communications Design or related field
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and present ideas persuasively to clients and stakeholders
• A strong portfolio showcasing a breadth of work across various mediums and platforms, with a focus on creative concept development and campaign execution
• Experience working directly with AI tools and platforms
• Experience successfully leading creative pitch teams
• Strong writing and communication skills
