The Creative Director plays a pivotal role in the creative process, collaborating with Client Services and Production teams, as well as Executive/Senior Creative Directors, to establish project objectives, content, messaging, and visual direction. This position is integral to the success of various projects, ensuring that the creative vision is consistently applied throughout the process. The Creative Director will be involved in choosing and guiding creative resources for projects and maintaining direct client interaction to ensure alignment with the client's vision and project goals. This role is part of a highly skilled creative team that values passion, curiosity, and excellence in creative work for both in-person and virtual events, as well as media/video production. The Creative Director's involvement spans from the initial brainstorming to the final delivery, ensuring that the creative output aligns with the client's vision and project goals. In the proposal process, the Creative Director will collaborate with the entire account team to review client background, project requirements, and expectations, determining project scope and sales strategy. They will participate in client input sessions and follow-up meetings, playing an integral role in brainstorming and the creative development process. The Creative Director will oversee the production of creative components of proposals and lead presentations of creative concepts to clients. During the production process, the Creative Director will ensure a complete understanding of creative direction, deliverables, and project requirements, working directly with Client Services and the greater Creative Team to maintain consistency throughout production. They will serve as a content and creative consultant to clients and the internal Design/Content Team, ensuring quality and creative consistency for media and video production deliverables. Post-project, the Creative Director will participate in reviews with both the Production and Account teams, as well as with clients, to assess the success of the project and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, they will be available to present to clients and prospects, promoting InVision's commitment to superior creative and strategic development and delivery. Special projects may also be assigned by the Manager, Creative Design/Senior Creative Director.
