About the position

C+A Global is seeking a highly organized and communicative Creative Director to lead a diverse team across various creative disciplines. This role involves overseeing the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring brand standards are met while managing project timelines and budgets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solution-driven mindset, and the ability to inspire creativity within the team while balancing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 10+ members across all creative genres, including graphic design, photography, videography, and copywriting
• Oversee the creative process from concept to completion
• Lead and direct the creative team, providing guidance and direction
• Review work, troubleshoot issues, and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure visual communication and brand standards are consistently met
• Oversee profitability, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
• Meet with upper management to present campaign strategies and solutions
• Track all creative projects with the marketing department, including copyright, graphic design, photography, and videography
• Collaborate closely with departments such as Buying, Social media/PR, Sales, Research & Development, Customer Service, and Accounting to meet their creative needs
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and project management abilities
• Work with third parties for printed materials, video voice-overs, translations, 3D renderings, etc.
• Inspire creativity within the team while managing multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a creative role
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira Software
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in e-commerce or brand building
• Familiarity with video production and editing
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and campaign development
