As a Creative Director, you will develop and articulate a clear creative vision that aligns with the company's brand and business objectives. You will lead the conceptualization and execution of creative concepts for a wide range of media channels and advertising including branding, TV, social, digital, print, OOH, and more. This role is responsible for leading an internal team of designers and freelancers and collaborating cross-functionally across the company to develop world-class brand creative work that aligns with the company's strategic and business goals. You will lead by example as a hands-on creator, actively involved in concepting, crafting, and delivering innovative creative work while mentoring and inspiring your team. You will ensure the brand's visual and verbal identity is consistent and compelling across all touchpoints, continuously evolving the brand's look and feel to stay relevant and competitive. Overseeing multiple creative projects from concept to completion, you will ensure that deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Collaboration with marketing, product, and other departments will be essential to ensure that creative outputs meet business goals and resonate with the target audience. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts will be crucial as you introduce new ideas and innovative approaches to keep the brand fresh and engaging. Maintaining high standards of creative excellence, you will ensure all outputs meet the company's quality expectations and brand guidelines.
