The Global Creative Director at TGI Fridays is a pivotal leadership role within the marketing organization, tasked with strategizing and executing marketing campaign visuals that differentiate the brand and drive executional excellence. This position is responsible for guiding the creative direction and branding of TGI Fridays, ensuring that the brand's identity is consistently represented across all marketing channels. The ideal candidate will possess a natural eye for design and be a prolific generator of dynamic ideas, capable of inspiring others and elevating the brand's creative output as TGI Fridays continues to grow and redefine its identity in the market. In this role, the Global Creative Director will develop and execute a global creative vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and historic values. A significant focus will be on domestic markets while ensuring that the brand's essence is effectively communicated in international locations. The director will oversee the development of campaigns that run concurrently in restaurants without redundancy, providing creative guidance to various production partners, including in-house designers, global designers, agencies, and contractors. The ability to innovate and push for creative excitement within a corporate setting is essential, as is the capacity to adapt designs for franchisees in different markets. Additionally, the Global Creative Director will maintain and strengthen TGI Fridays' global brand identity, ensuring consistency in messaging, design, and storytelling. This includes creating and managing a comprehensive library of brand assets for the design team and supporting the development of a creative library for ongoing projects. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Brand, Digital, Merchandising, Culinary, Finance, and Operations, is crucial to ensure that creative initiatives align with overall business strategies. Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies will also be a key responsibility, as the director will drive creative excellence by introducing innovative approaches and best practices to the Design Team and Marketing Department.
