This full-time, in-office position offers a competitive salary range of $68,000 to $80,000 per year, along with bonuses and commissions. As the Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring brand alignment for our diverse clientele, which includes celebrities and entrepreneurs. Your primary responsibilities will involve overseeing content creation, conducting quality control, and developing effective social media strategies that drive long-term success for our clients. In this role, you will lead a creative team, collaborating closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements. You will be responsible for managing the personal brand of Manuel Suarez, which includes directing the editing and distribution of content across various social media platforms. Your expertise in social media management will be crucial as you ensure that all posts align with the brand's values, voice, and aesthetic. You will also oversee the creation of high-quality visual content, including images and videos, and review and approve all content to ensure it meets our quality standards and brand guidelines. Responsibilities

  • Manage the personal brand for Manuel Suarez, including content direction and editing.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation, strategy, and management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful content strategies that drive engagement and achieve business objectives.
