About the position

The Creative Director will lead the agency's creative efforts, driving innovative solutions for clients through a blend of artistic talent, strategic thinking, and leadership skills. This role involves overseeing the creative vision for campaigns, managing a team of creative professionals, and ensuring high-quality outputs that meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the creative vision for client campaigns and projects
  • Lead and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals
  • Collaborate with account managers and clients to ensure alignment on creative concepts
  • Ensure all creative outputs meet the agency's quality standards and client expectations
  • Stay current with industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in creative roles, with at least 5 years in a senior position
  • Proven track record of developing successful creative campaigns
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Exceptional creative vision and ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals
