About the position

The Creative Director at TopView Sightseeing is a pivotal role responsible for driving innovative solutions and overseeing the creative process from concept to completion. This position requires a creative visionary who can strategize and implement high-impact campaigns that resonate with target audiences, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals. The role demands exceptional design and strategic leadership, with a focus on building and inspiring a creative team to develop cutting-edge campaigns that enhance brand value and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Own all creative initiatives and projects across all brands and products.
  • Ensure all set success targets are met timely.
  • Build, lead, and inspire a creative team (digital & print designs, motion graphics) to develop cutting-edge campaigns that effectively communicate our brands' messages and values which result in increase of brand value and revenue.
  • Strategize and oversee the execution of all creative projects, including brand designs, marketing and sales material development, experiential interior designs, and more.
  • Translate business and marketing objectives into clear creative strategies, and turn creative outputs into revenue.
  • Oversee the creative budget, meticulously managing resources to ensure highest quality results while maintaining cost effectiveness.
  • Manage the creative process from concept to completion, including initial ideation, project development, and final execution.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure a cohesive brand identity and message across all channels.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas and technologies into creative strategies.
  • Establish metrics to measure deliverables' effectiveness, continuously monitor and analyze deliverables' performance, make optimizations and clearly define success of creative projects.
  • Prioritize creative initiatives and projects based on company goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • At least 15 years of experience in the creative industry with at least 5 years as a creative director (in house experience highly preferred).
  • Proven track record of driving business success, with a robust portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong business acumen and revenue orientation.
  • Ability to utilize data to inform creative strategies and decisions.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Highly organized and detailed-oriented, with superior quality standards.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Must be able to work out of our NYC office full-time - not a hybrid or remote role.
  • This position requires 45+ hours a week.
