About the position

The Creative Director at Voyage Productions LLC is responsible for leading video projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality production standards and client satisfaction. This role involves collaboration with clients, directing on-set production, and overseeing post-production processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a creative vision, and hands-on experience in video production.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to develop creative project concepts and production plans.
• Lead project planning tasks such as location scouting, equipment preparation, crew coordination, and script development.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, ensuring their vision is aligned with production goals.
• Direct on-set production, providing creative direction for camera operators, photographers, and crew.
• Lead advanced filming choreography, blocking, and creative meetings to ensure project execution aligns with client goals.
• Oversee the technical aspects of production, including lighting, sound, and camera operations, ensuring quality and creative standards are met.
• Guide the editing team by providing detailed creative feedback and ensuring that post-production work reflects the client's vision.
• Review and approve video edits, coordinate client revisions, and ensure timely delivery of final projects.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to ensure quality control and client satisfaction.
• Participate in a structured training program that includes a paid training course and hands-on shadowing.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in creative media, video production, or similar roles.
• Expertise in pre-production, on-set direction, and post-production workflows.
• Strong communication skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
• Enthusiastic, outgoing personality, with a strong creative vision and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
