About the position

The Creative Director at Mosaic Christian Fellowship will lead the Creative Ministry, focusing on producing engaging online content that reflects the church's vision of reaching, embracing, and discipling individuals. This role involves overseeing the creative team, managing visual messaging, and ensuring consistency in branding across various platforms. The Creative Director will also contribute to the Sunday worship experience by managing aesthetics and visuals, fostering a collaborative team environment, and driving culture within the church community.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative team in the development of innovative concepts and designs across various platforms including digital, print, and social media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure all creative output meets brand standards and aligns with overall marketing strategies.
  • Mentor and inspire team members to foster a culture of creativity and collaboration.
  • Conduct regular reviews of creative work to provide constructive feedback and ensure high-quality standards.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar role within a creative environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects across various media formats.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of creatives.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on in the creative process.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
