About the position

The Creative Director at Voyage Productions LLC is responsible for leading video projects from conception to completion. This role involves overseeing all aspects of video production, including pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production quality control. The Creative Director will collaborate closely with clients to ensure their vision is realized while managing a dynamic creative team to deliver exceptional content.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to develop creative project concepts and production plans.
• Lead project planning tasks such as location scouting, equipment preparation, crew coordination, and script development.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, ensuring their vision aligns with production goals.
• Direct on-set production, providing creative direction for camera operators, photographers, and crew.
• Lead advanced filming choreography, blocking, and creative meetings to ensure project execution aligns with client goals.
• Oversee the technical aspects of production, including lighting, sound, and camera operations, ensuring quality and creative standards are met.
• Guide the editing team by providing detailed creative feedback and ensuring that post-production work reflects the client's vision.
• Review and approve video edits, coordinate client revisions, and ensure timely delivery of final projects.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to ensure quality control and client satisfaction.
• Participate in a structured training program that includes a paid training course and hands-on shadowing.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in creative media, video production, or similar roles.
• Expertise in pre-production, on-set direction, and post-production workflows.
• Strong communication skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
• Enthusiastic, outgoing personality, with a strong creative vision and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
