About the position
The Creative Manager will oversee the Design Team and manage client communications to ensure satisfaction and fulfillment of needs. This role requires strategic thinking, attention to detail, and proficiency in technical tools such as CRM and social media platforms. The position is hybrid, allowing for both remote work and office presence, and is focused on long-term commitment with opportunities for performance-based raises and bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the creative process for all Ads, Cover Banners, Logos, and other sold products, including production and revisions.
- Help manage the Design Team, ensuring they stay on track with their schedules.
- Email all designed content with intensive quality checking.
- Optimize the CRM, keeping detailed notes and ensuring all client needs are fulfilled based on Strategist notes.
- Answer, forward, and keep track of client emails.
Requirements
- Proficiency and willingness to learn CRM and Facebook Business Manager.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and an aesthetic eye.
- Experience in customer service, with proficiency in writing and spelling.
- Excellent copywriting skills for Ads with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to create impactful print advertising materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Management and team skills.
- Willingness to speak on the phone with clients if needed.
