About the position

The Creative Marketing Manager for 1:1 Campaigns at Cox Communications is responsible for developing and executing creative marketing strategies and campaigns that enhance customer engagement and drive business value. This role involves collaboration across various departments to optimize customer communications and improve overall customer experience, aligning with the company's brand promise.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative campaigns aligned with strategic objectives to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
• Execute marketing campaigns across various channels including email, direct mail, TV, print, online video, and social media.
• Communicate creative strategy and project plans to stakeholders and report on campaign performance.
• Create a personalized customer lifecycle experience tailored to individual user journeys.
• Guide the transition from traditional marketing to modern methods, focusing on hyper-targeting and customer journey optimization.
• Direct external advertising agencies and vendors in strategy and execution of campaigns.
• Manage budgets and resources efficiently and accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with 6 years of experience in a related field; or 10 years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to influence others.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional groups and achieve results in a matrix organization.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and collaborative skills.
• Ability to manage time independently and juggle competing priorities.
• Proven critical thinking, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• MS degree with 4 years of experience in a related discipline preferred.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry.
