About the position

The Creative Operations Project Manager (COPM) is responsible for leading project management efforts from initiation to completion, ensuring effective coordination among various teams including Creative, Influencer, and Marketing. This role serves as a vital link between internal teams and external partners, overseeing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while facilitating communication and collaboration across all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management efforts from kickoff to completion.
• Coordinate timelines, resources, and execution plans with Senior Managers.
• Serve as the bridge between Creative, Influencer, and Marketing teams.
• Work with external partners to ensure alignment on deliverables.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Maintain efficient communication across all stakeholders.
• Run review sessions with creative leads and track feedback.
• Ensure updates are made by both internal and external creative teams.
• Manage relationships with external partners to meet brief requirements and deadlines.
• Support internal creative teams by anticipating needs and ensuring accountability across deliverables.
• Coordinate communications and workflows between working teams and creative agencies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a creative or marketing environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with external partners and creative agencies.
