About the position

The Creative Operations Project Manager (COPM) is responsible for leading project management efforts from initiation to completion. This role serves as a vital link between the Creative, Influencer, and Marketing teams, ensuring that all project timelines, resources, and execution plans are effectively coordinated. The COPM oversees project budgets and deliverables while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders, including external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management efforts from kickoff to completion.
• Coordinate timelines, resources, and execution plans with Senior Managers.
• Serve as the bridge between Creative, Influencer, and Marketing teams.
• Work with external partners to ensure alignment on deliverables.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Maintain efficient communication across all stakeholders.
• Run review sessions with creative leads and track feedback.
• Ensure updates are made by both internal and external creative teams.
• Manage relationships with external partners to meet brief requirements and deadlines.
• Support internal creative teams by anticipating needs and ensuring accountability across deliverables.
• Coordinate communications and workflows between working teams and creative agencies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a creative or marketing environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with external partners and creative teams.
