About the position

The Creative Producer, Video - Publishing at Netflix will oversee the creation of engaging video content for Tudum's Video Team. This role involves managing projects from ideation through to publishing, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and editorial priorities. The ideal candidate will be a strong storyteller and collaborator, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Research & Audience Consideration: Absorb information about shows or movies to develop informed perspectives.
• Creative Development: Brainstorm with partners to refine concepts into detailed treatments or scripts.
• Production: Manage video capture, maintain project timelines and budgets, and oversee productions.
• Post-Production: Supervise video edits and manage feedback rounds with stakeholders.
• Reviews, Publishing, & Promotion: Manage partner reviews and create ancillary assets for video launches.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in creative production, video content creation, or related fields.
• Passion for entertainment and media content.
• Expertise in creative development and problem-solving.
• Strong organizational skills for managing complex workflows and deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of video production and post-production processes.
• Data-comprehension skills to interpret performance metrics.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with live streaming content development and production.
• Experience with SEO, Email Marketing, or social content distribution.
• Familiarity with editing software like Adobe Premiere or After Effects.
