About the position

The Creative Production Lead will play a pivotal role in a social media agency focused on the parenting, baby, and kid space. This position is responsible for driving the agency's production and storytelling capabilities while maintaining an authentic, social-first approach. The ideal candidate will be creative, flexible, and motivated to produce engaging content that resonates with audiences, particularly parents.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce award-winning social media campaigns and content shoots that attract new clients and enhance the agency's reputation.
• Collaborate on setting content strategies for clients, leveraging the agency's resources and strengths while understanding social media dynamics.
• Own the creative product of social media ads for clients, ensuring high-quality output.
• Oversee all graphics, photo, and video editing for the agency and its clients.
• Retain existing clients through continual quality checks to meet their desired results.
• Manage budgets, equipment, and tech stack for the remote creative team.
• Recruit and manage internal talent, freelancers, and models for various projects.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in social content creation, production at a creative agency, or in TV/film/journalism.
• Located in the NY/NJ/CT area for shoots.
• Experience creating content that drives results on Instagram and TikTok.
• Proficient in filming transitions and creating viral content.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with strangers for content creation.
• Excellent design skills and a strong visual aesthetic.
• Expertise in social media tools such as Canva, CapCut, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Team player with a passion for supporting others' ideas.
