About the position
The Creative Production Project Manager (CPPM) is responsible for overseeing the entire project management process from kickoff to completion. This role ensures the efficient execution of resources, timelines, and strategies while acting as the central communication hub between Creative, Influencer, and Marketing teams, as well as external partners. The CPPM manages project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, facilitating smooth coordination across various channels and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with project expectations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project management from kickoff through completion.
- Act as the communication hub between Creative, Influencer, and Marketing teams and external partners.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Lead feedback review sessions and facilitate updates with internal and external creative teams.
- Maintain external partner communication to ensure timelines and deliverables are aligned with project expectations.
- Anticipate creative team needs and maintain accountability across multiple brand projects.
- Ensure effective cross-functional workflows and communication between teams and creative agencies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a creative or marketing environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
Nice-to-haves
